About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the electrical aspects of projects from conception through to commissioning, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical engineering aspects of industrial automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Specify and procure electrical components, control panels, and associated equipment.
• Oversee the assembly and wiring of control panels and electrical cabinets.
• Coordinate with site teams for installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during project execution and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, including handover reports and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on project management within an industrial automation context.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD integration).
• Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics using CAD software.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
