Placements24 seeks an Electrical Field Service Technician to provide on-site support across the Queenstown region. You will install, commission, maintain, and repair specialized electrical equipment at customer sites, travelling to client locations as required.

The role emphasizes independence, hands-on problem solving, and clear communication with customers. You will document service activities and participate in training to stay current with equipment.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as an Electrician or equivalent technical diploma/certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a field service or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Queenstown area and surrounding regions.
