Experience relevant to OHL design includes conductor selection, insulation coordination, thermal ratings, shielding analysis, EMF/line loss analysis, and coordination with substation teams.

Key Responsibilities include planning and executing HV transmission line projects, preparing budgets and resource plans, coordinating with project managers and clients, delivering design packages, developing alignments with PLS-CADD, sag-tension analysis, producing drawings and loading reports, assessing tower/structure loading, coordinating foundation designs, and leading/participating in project types such as reconductoring, uprating, retrofits, and asset renewal. Collaboration with drafting, structural, civil, electrical, and geotechnical teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving continuous improvement are expected.
