Job summary

A leading engineering company in Cape Town is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to oversee design aspects of power transformers. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of design experience. You will produce production sheets, provide technical support, and maintain compliance with quality systems in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years design experience, preferably in a transformer environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate production core and wiring sheets for manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to the factory as required.
