Job Title: Electrical Coordinator
Location: Remote within the Cape Town / Winelands area or nearby
Overview
We are a well‑established and growing Property Management and Maintenance Company based in Southwest London, operating throughout the city. The successful applicant will work as part of a team managing maintenance obligations for our managed properties and external clients as we expand. No day will be the same, and you will tackle a variety of tasks each week.
The Role
Problem‑solving, time management and organisation are essential to ensure contractors and tradespeople are on time, within budget and complete the required work to meet our company’s commitments.
Key Duties
- Arrange and manage maintenance work obligations for our buildings.
- Schedule jobs using our software.
- Liaise with contractors on site and arrange building access.
- Monitor and update job reports.
- Handle invoicing.
- Support business development to grow the contracts portfolio.
- Efficiently schedule work to maximise revenue and minimise travel and costs.
- Invoice and report on property visits, addressing follow‑up work or customer interaction as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the property portfolio and engage in business development to maximise revenue.
Skills & Experience
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft and ability to learn additional software applications.
- Previous experience in coordinating, scheduling and reporting.
- Strong work ethic – committed, hardworking and proud of quality work.

Salary, Benefits & Hours of Work
- Salary: 18, ZAR per month
- 15 days annual holidays (plus public holidays)
- Standard hours: 08:00 UK Time, Monday–Friday
