About the Role

Our client seeks a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Specialist to enhance the lives of seniors in Centurion . This role focuses on providing personalized care, support, and companionship to elderly individuals, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will be responsible for assessing the unique needs of each client, coordinating care services, and fostering a positive and dignified living environment. This is an essential position within the Gauteng community, dedicated to supporting our aging population and enabling them to live fulfilling lives with the assistance they require. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and skilled in addressing the multifaceted needs of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Provide direct care, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
• Organize and facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in healthcare, nursing, social work, or a related field.
