Job summary

You will lead internal timelines, supervise a team, book external suppliers when needed, and ensure assets meet client and editorial standards while monitoring budgets and invoices. This is a permanent, full-time role in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in print production or traffic management.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of magazine publication processes.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate production across editorial, art, production, repro and advertising.
• Set internal timelines and liaise with senior editors.
• Lead status meetings and manage job tracking.
