Job description

Job Title: Assurecloud Audit Administrator, Midrand

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Deadline: June 02, 2025

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all audits are planned within the required period to meet monthly budgets.
  • Plan activities efficiently to minimize costs such as flights and accommodation.
  • Assist in submitting invoicing for the previous month to finance within set deadlines to meet the forecasted budget.
  • Adhere strictly to turnaround times on audit reports, including capturing micro results and mailing them to clients as per SLA.
  • Respond to client queries or complaints promptly, providing feedback to management and clients.
  • Compile monthly scheduling for assigned regions and submit for approval a month in advance.
  • Track audits for all clients daily.
  • Attend client meetings and ensure required actions are completed timely.
  • Respond to client emails on the day received, investigate if necessary, set deadlines for feedback, and meet those deadlines.
  • Conduct audits as needed to ensure service delivery.
  • Communicate any schedule or planning changes related to your projects to the responsible person.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational functions as requested by the service line manager.
  • Ensure auditors have the necessary equipment for audits.
  • Verify and approve claims.
  • Promote the brand by maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain high standards of personal health, safety, hygiene, and appearance.
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, reading publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a sciences-related field.
  • 1-3 months of experience in food safety inspection, certification, or testing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Preference for employment equity candidates.
  • Experience in accounting or financial services is a plus.
