Drive the performance‑marketing strategy, enabling best‑in‑class marketplace media presence for Reckitt SA’s e‑Commerce function. Lead the Media and Marketing team to execute retail marketplace content and campaign plans to help grow e‑Commerce contribution to the business.

Your responsibilities
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert on marketplace media presence and content initiatives.
  • Develop and execute best‑in‑class comprehensive channel and performance‑marketing strategies that align with business, brand and customer‑specific objectives.
  • Activate retail media campaigns to drive sales uplift and media‑spend return on investment, delivering on strategic KPIs.
  • Manage performance marketplace BEI, ROAS, monthly phasing, and budget optimisations.
  • Lead and oversee the Media & Marketing team, ensuring asset management, end‑to‑end campaign activation, budgeting, KPI delivery and more.
  • Understand the full consumer journey and engage audiences via digital retail media.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Brand, Reg, Legal, Agency) to develop campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Provide ongoing insight and analysis of campaigns, brands and customer platforms to improve and optimise strategies.
  • Conduct competitor insights and customer analysis.
The experience we're looking for
  • BA/BSc in Business, Commercial or Marketing degree discipline.
  • Proven FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical media, brand marketing experience of at least 2‑3 years.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem‑solve.
  • Agile digital marketing acumen, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Equally proficient in offline and online branding strategies and approaches.
  • Experience in working with teams on successful project management and time management
    skills.
  • Proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
  • Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
