What You'll Do

As our eCommerce Meta Account Manager, you'll take ownership of client growth and help scale their brand through smart Meta strategy, thumb-stopping creative, and conversion-centric funnel improvements.

• Meta Ads Mastery: Launching, testing, and scaling Meta campaigns for Shopify/DTC brands.
• Managing creative testing frameworks and ad iterations to improve CTR & ROAS.
• Segmenting audiences, refining targeting, and optimizing for full-funnel performance.
• Monitoring performance daily and scaling winners, killing losers fast.
• Conversion-Focused Strategy: Collaborating with CRO, email, and creative teams to maximize on-site performance.
• Reviewing product pages, offers, and upsells to identify friction points.
• Coordinating with dev teams on Shopify updates where needed.
• Client & Data Ownership: Breaking down reports in plain English, aligning KPIs with business goals (MER, AOV, CAC, LTV), presenting strategy updates and growth roadmaps, owning budgets responsibly to protect margin.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years running high-performing Meta campaigns for Shopify or eCom brands.
• Experience scaling stores from 6 to 7 figures or managing ≥$X+ / month ad spend.
• Deep understanding of Shopify store mechanics, product pages, and checkout behavior.
• Ability to plan and execute creative testing cycles with clear hypotheses.
• Data-savvy—comfortable pulling insights from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools.
• Strong client communication skills—you can explain performance and next steps like a pro.
• Bonus: Experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple ecommerce brand accounts.
