Onboarding: Align with Brain Trust, collaborate with pod teammates (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, maintain data integrity across systems, execute Prophet-based growth forecasting, build growth maps, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor campaigns, and test optimizations.
Quality and Client Alignment: Maintain a 5% delta to forecast, daily client alignment, above-benchmark client satisfaction, and adherence to Prophet system timelines.
Client Communication: Daily performance updates, weekly strategy calls, and clear deadlines for teammates.
Contributing Back: Share learnings across teams and future company content.
Merge finance and marketing perspectives to build forecasted strategies and achieve goals.
Deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta of forecasts; lead and collaborate to optimize productivity; apply media buying best practices for exceptional results; maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; meet deadlines and budgets; contribute ideas to teams and company content.
Supervision: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.
You will report directly to Joy and work under his guidance toward peak performance.
Orientation: This role is client‑facing.
Salary Range: First month: $2k; Second month: $4k; Third month: around $7k/month; 1st year: $64k–$76k; 2nd year: dependent on client load and performance. Actual compensation depends on client load and performance.
