ShopriteX is seeking a Control Hub Last Mile Logistic Associate to provide efficient ecommerce support to drivers and clients, handling order queries and resolving incidents across channels. You will support operations from order creation to delivery, track SLA adherence, and drive improvements through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, leveraging knowledge of logistics and customer service to enhance the customer

Competenze

• Grade 12 certificate is essential.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• +1 year experience as a Contact/Help Centre Agent or similar role essential.
• Knowledge of multichannel ecommerce support preferred.
• Understanding of order fulfilment, supply chain and logistics processes essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications essential.

• Support a First Contact Resolution culture for ecommerce client issues and troubleshoot incidents with accurate information.
• Provide positive, efficient resolutions to users across voice, email, chat, and other channels.
• Establish relationships with key ecommerce operation parties and understand applicable processes.
• Act as the point of contact for operations and clients to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Support ecommerce operations flow from order creation to on-time delivery.
• Identify orders behind SLAs and work with client and delivery ops to rectify.
• Flag proactive communications to clients/customers when needed.
• Identify trends in support interactions and escalate appropriately.
