Job summary

ADvTECH in South Africa seeks a dedicated Pre-Primary educator to inspire and support early childhood development in our Gauteng schools. You will create stimulating learning experiences, foster growth and work with families and staff to promote a safe, engaging classroom environment.

The role requires ECD qualifications (NQF5 or higher), SACE certification, police clearance, and 2–5 years teaching experience, plus computer literacy and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Post matric certificate in ECD (NQF 5) or undergrad degree in ECD/B. Education (Foundation Phase).
• PGCE required if the degree is in Psychology or similar.
• SACE certification and police clearance are required.
• 2–5 years teaching experience.
• Computer and digital literacy; First Aid.

Qualifications & Experience:

• a post matric certificate (NQF level 5) in ECD as a minimum or an undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or B. Education (Foundation Phase)
• A PGCE would be necessary if the degree is deemed suitable viz Psychology
• SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements
• 2-5 years Teaching Experience
• Computer and digital literacy
• First Aid
