Job description

Procure to Pay Manager

The Procure to Pay Manager is responsible for formulating and ensuring compliance with procurement and payment policies, as well as implementing best practices.

They must manage and oversee the Procurement team to support continuous development towards a mature procurement function.

This role is part of the Finance Department and is critical in the Accounts Payable area.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
  1. BCom Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  2. Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualification is advantageous
  3. Practical familiarity with PURCO (SA)
  4. At least 5+ years of experience in Procurement, including 3+ years in Management
  5. Experience in Procurement (Payables) is essential
  6. Property experience is advantageous
  7. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally
  8. Relationship building and teamwork skills are critical
  9. Budget management experience is essential
  10. Systems skills: MS Office Suite, Data analysis, with ideally automation experience
