We are looking to add a Service Advisor to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Essential Functions

1. Present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
3. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
4. Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
5. Demonstrate relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

The job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the position.

Additional Requirements

Every employee is required to stay updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
