Job description

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based in Sandton.

The successful candidate will oversee the full Human Resources function, including:

  • HR strategy
  • Talent acquisition and retention
  • Industrial relations
  • Performance management
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Training and development
  • Employee wellbeing
  • HR administration and reporting
  • Compliance with labour legislation, BBBEE initiatives, and Employment Equity planning

The role involves collaborating with management to develop and enhance HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with line managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, advertise vacancies in line with EE requirements and legislation, screen and interview candidates, and handle onboarding.
  2. Industrial Relations & Labour Compliance: Apply company policies consistently, advise on labour relations, manage conflicts, represent HR in hearings, and ensure legislative compliance.
  3. Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance frameworks, participate in salary surveys, and assist in remuneration decisions.
  4. Training & Development: Oversee onboarding, develop training plans, identify training needs, coordinate external training, support career development, and manage wellness initiatives.
  5. HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain HR records, ensure policy compliance, prepare reports, lead BBBEE strategies, and oversee Employment Equity processes.

**Requirements:** Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management.
