Placements24 in Paarl is seeking an Early Years Program Coordinator to lead our educational programs and daily operations. The role focuses on curriculum development, staff supervision, parent engagement, and maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to foster a positive atmosphere for children, families, and staff within a vibrant Paarl community.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Educational Management.
• Proven leadership or coordination experience in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, child development and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing staff and operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee implementation of the early learning curriculum, ensuring it is engaging and developmentally appropriate.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of early years educators, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Manage admissions, child records, and operational logistics, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, facilitating communication and involvement in their child's education.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children within the facility, upholding high care standards.
