About The Role

• Help children build firm foundations for life through high-quality early years education and care.

About You

• You’ll hold a Level 2 qualification in childcare and have experience supporting young children’s learning and development.
• You’re caring, patient and committed to giving every child the best possible start in life.
• You’re confident planning engaging activities and can adapt to meet the needs of each child, including those with SEND.
• You’re a great communicator, able to work closely with families, colleagues and external partners.
• You’re proactive, reflective, and always looking to grow through learning and feedback.
