Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Playgroup Leader to manage engaging play sessions for young children in Kimberley. You will create a fun, safe, and interactive environment that supports development through play, social interaction, and guided activities.

You will plan and lead sessions for children aged 2-4 years, observe progress, communicate with parents, and work within a supportive team to shape early learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young children in a playgroup, nursery, or similar setting.
• Understanding of early childhood development principles and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for groups of young children.
• First Aid or Child Protection certification is advantageous.

About the Role
