Job description

Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team and conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Develop audit plans and procedures based on risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
  3. Identify and analyze internal control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
  4. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
  6. Stay current on developments in audit techniques, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or public accounting.
  3. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and techniques.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, accounting software, and data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
