Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties by performing repairs and maintenance tasks. You will work closely with the Maintenance team to provide exceptional service to our residents. If you're a proactive problem solver with hands-on experience in property maintenance, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform general maintenance and repairs for apartment units and common areas.
  2. Respond to maintenance requests from residents and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed.
  4. Assist with seasonal maintenance projects.
  5. Keep track of supplies and report any equipment malfunctions or shortages.
  6. Ensure safety standards are met and perform preventive maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
