Job summary:

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of the company's information technology resources. The CIO will lead the IT department, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the overall business strategy and objectives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s data systems.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive ICT leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ICT governance, digital transformation, and project delivery
  • Proven track record in operational and project cost management and testing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of ISO27001, ITIL, and COBIT frameworks
  • Experience in healthcare, pathology, or laboratory environments is highly desirable
