Preparation of all levy invoices (including utilities) and follow-up on payments.
Liaising with portfolio managers before billing to ensure all recoveries are billed in the correct period.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare General Ledger reconciliations.
Allocate receipts daily.
Review and follow up on overdue invoices.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Capture new building details into WeConnectU, including owners, property, and tenant information.
REQUIREMENTS :
Experience with WeConnectU is advantageous.
Financial Degree or Diploma
3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting within the property management industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
