We seek a Senior Financial Manager to oversee financial and management controls for our Gambling and IT Groups within the Finance Department.

You Bring:

  • Experience in Financial Management, Cash Management, and People Management.

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

  • Review and approve budgets, prepare consolidated forecasts, and consider trading statements.
  • Analyze monthly management accounts and prepare group results.
  • Oversee financial statements, reconciliations, and complex transactions.
  • Manage payments, tax, IFRS consultations, and internal controls.
  • Drive improvements in working capital, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Lead audits, ensure compliance, and manage internal risks.
  • Approve impairments, stock takes, provisions, and asset disposals.
  • Manage payroll, costs, and debt recovery processes.
  • Support strategic projects, build financial models, and lead BEE initiatives.

People

  • Manage staff performance, training, recognition, and recruitment.
