Minimum Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF4
Minimum Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in the short-term insurance industry
  • Previous call center experience with an above-average performance record
Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and register claims on systems
  • Handle administration and follow-ups concerning claims
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and assessors
  • Handle and resolve queries from clients and service providers
  • Validate claims within turnaround time
  • Process payments of claims and invoices within specified turnaround times
