Manpower has partnered with an established firm based in Port Elizabeth, and they are going to market for a permanent Audit Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising audits as well as coordinating and overseeing activities of trainee accountants.

Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervision of audit engagements
• Client liaison
• Liaison between directors and employees
• Coaching audit employees
• Reviewing statutory audits
• Systems development
• Compilation of business plans
• Ensuring compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures
• Adhering to the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct

The successful candidate will have:

• BCom Accounting or BCom Auditing Degree
• Completed SAICA Articles
• CA (SA) qualification is advantageous
• Experience with Pastel, CaseWare, and Xero
