Main Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Supply Chain and/or Data Analytics and a proven ability to apply data insights operationally. This role reports to the Head of Product Operations.

The primary goal of this role is to support service excellence, cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and service innovation within the Supply Chain by analyzing costs, processes, and third-party service provider performance. The aim is to understand and enhance the customer experience, improving efficiency and accuracy in service delivery.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SAP, SAP APO, SAP Supply Chain Management, ERP systems
• Experience in Supply Chain and Business Analysis
• Skills in Business Process Modeling, Process Mapping, and Analysis
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Production Planning experience
