Job Description
- Role Accountabilities:
- Provides input into BU or Segment People plan.
- Develops and implements tactical and operational people plans in response to business and people challenges.
- Partners with Senior Management teams to advise on people challenges and how to improve team performance.
- Uses HR Analytics and trends to advise on future people priorities.
- Manages the efficient implementation of the HR Calendar.
- Develops and implements organizational development interventions to address short-term needs.
- Advises on employee engagement and building a high-performance culture aligned with segment plans.
- Implements Segment Talent and Leadership plans.
- Advises on response to change and manages adherence to HR controls and transformation plans.
- Contributes to HR synergies across OMEM.
- May manage a small team of HR Professionals.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- Experience within the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
- Solid employee relations experience.
- Additional Details: Developing and implementing tactical HR plans, partnering with senior management, and managing a small team of HR professionals. Responsibilities include policy development, HR frameworks, business advice, data analytics, employee relations, HR data management, capability building, and client relationship management.
