Job Description
  1. Role Accountabilities:
    • Provides input into BU or Segment People plan.
    • Develops and implements tactical and operational people plans in response to business and people challenges.
    • Partners with Senior Management teams to advise on people challenges and how to improve team performance.
    • Uses HR Analytics and trends to advise on future people priorities.
    • Manages the efficient implementation of the HR Calendar.
    • Develops and implements organizational development interventions to address short-term needs.
    • Advises on employee engagement and building a high-performance culture aligned with segment plans.
    • Implements Segment Talent and Leadership plans.
    • Advises on response to change and manages adherence to HR controls and transformation plans.
    • Contributes to HR synergies across OMEM.
    • May manage a small team of HR Professionals.
  2. Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
    • Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
    • Experience within the financial services industry is advantageous.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
    • Solid employee relations experience.
  3. Additional Details: Developing and implementing tactical HR plans, partnering with senior management, and managing a small team of HR professionals. Responsibilities include policy development, HR frameworks, business advice, data analytics, employee relations, HR data management, capability building, and client relationship management.
