To prepare lab kits timeously, manage stock, and assist with general administrative duties within the department.Requirements : Grade 12 (Required)Relevant GCP, GLP, or GCLP certification (Required)Required Experience : 1 year general work experience within a Clinical Trial environmentKey Responsibilities : Archive documents to ensure effective storage and retrieval of data.Handle patient reports and administration to ensure effective and correct reporting of patient data.Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath.Monitor ACT fridge, freezer, and room monitoring system to ensure compliance with storage temperature requirements.Perform any additional requests or tasks allocated if and when necessary to ensure workflow requirements are met.Perform general stock management tasks to ensure effective control over stock in storage.Prepare for raw data audits to ensure timely availability of raw data.Prepare laboratory kits and supplies to Investigators to ensure kits are accurate and compliant with relevant requirements.Re-order supplies to investigator sites to ensure that correct supplies are delivered to the investigator's site within prescribed timeframes.Note : Applicants must have a South African ID or a valid South African work permit.
