Job Description:

Our client based in Century City is seeking Ndebele Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, deliver first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business, and remain committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industries, with knowledge of relevant legislative environment (highly desirable)
Requirements:
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Available immediately
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Own transport (advantage)
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents or team leader
  • Maintain productivity levels and meet quality standards
  • Perform daily administrative functions and accurately capture information in CRM systems
  • Adhere to company policies and practices
  • Review and action cases
  • Monitor Average Handling Time to meet standards
  • Follow work schedule and manage workflow
  • Adhere to SLA times for case completion
  • Maintain customer quality standards and comply with legislation and operational processes
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels (verbal and written)
  • Be solution-driven and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and accuracy skills
  • Work independently, taking initiative and being self-motivated
  • Operate confidently in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
  • Work well in a team and prioritize workload effectively
Salary and working hours:
  • Salary: R9500
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
