Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in QA/QC, warehousing, or distribution.
• Preferred background in e-commerce, retail, B2B or B2C logistics.
• Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on inbound and outbound parcels.
• Monitor warehouse processes for compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and process deviations.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and report on quality performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
