About The Role – E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by re‑engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and supporting buyers throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
  • Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best‑fit solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e‑commerce experience is a big plus).
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • A quiet, professional workspace for calls.
