The Role

You'll own our ClickUp workspace, manage team workload, and ensure projects are delivered on time across marketing, creative, and operations.

Working directly with the founders, you'll build the project management infrastructure we need to scale. That means managing workloads, creating templates, writing SOPs, building dashboards, and setting up automations that keep everyone aligned and accountable.

This isn't a passive coordination role. You're the person who keeps the team on track and pushes work forward proactively when things get stuck.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and maintain our ClickUp workspace as the single source of truth
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking
  • Build templates, dashboards, and automations that scale with the business
  • Write clear SOPs and document processes for recurring workflows
  • Manage team workload across marketing, creative, and operations
  • Keep the team on track and hold people accountable to deadlines
  • Break down large projects into clear, actionable tasks
  • Coordinate with founders, creative, marketing, and external partners
  • Run weekly check‑ins to maintain momentum and surface blockers
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new campaigns
What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in managing e-commerce or marketing projects
  • Expert‑level proficiency in ClickUp (templates, dashboards, automations)
  • Proven experience writing SOPs and building processes from scratch
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
  • Strong track record of managing team workload and keeping people on track
  • Exceptionally organised with obsessive attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can hold people accountable professionally
  • Self‑motivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience with e‑commerce platforms – preferably Shopify
Nice to Have
  • Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
  • Experience in health, wellness, or supplements brands
