• What you'll do : Developing the E-commerce and Social Media capabilities of existing consultant base. Inspire and cultivate sustained recruitment and growth in the number of new sales consultants that are actively selling online. Develop and drive strategies in maximising the conversion rate of online customers to sales consultants. Increasing the total online sales of the existing consultant base.

Innovate, design and implement market-leading E-commerce sales strategies for consultants to ensure company long-term sustainable growth in the online channel. Inspirational and pragmatic leadership to build & grow the online sales network. Drive the achievement of E-commerce sales metrics aligned to sustainable growth. Develop and train advanced methods for building an online sales network.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements : Grade 12 (Marketing / Sales qualification is advantageous). Strong E-commerce and social media experience. Proven success in growing sales networks. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset. Innovative, confident, and able to work in an unstructured environment. Valid driver's licence.
