  • START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Takealot, Amazon, Loot, etc.) Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Pastel Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage product data accurately Basic understanding of image uploads and writing product descriptions Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude DUTIES : Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and stock levels Ensure the companys online store is fully functional, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized Process and track online orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery Monitor and update stock levels across platforms to prevent overselling Provide customer support for online queries, complaints, and after-sales servic Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and ratings; elevate issues when necessary Ensure product information is accurate to minimize order errors and customer complaints Upload and manage promotional banners, marketing campaigns, and discount codes Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing and product comparisons Suggest improvements to the online store based on data insights Stay up to date with e-commerce regulations and best practices Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock accuracy and timely deliveries Support management with ad-hoc e-commerce projects and tasks HOURS : Monday to Friday : 08 : 00
