Beaver Migration and Recruitment is partnering with a Belgium-based industrial engineering team to appoint an experienced E-CAD & Hardware Engineer / Electrical Work Planner. The role focuses on electrical designs, hardware selection and detailed work packages for on-site execution.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering, site staff, technicians and suppliers to ensure designs are translated into safe and efficient on-site work, with employer-sponsored relocation and immigration support

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
Experience with E-CAD software such as Eplan or equivalents.
Knowledge of industrial Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects.
Ability to read complex electrical schematics and drawings.
Understanding of PLCs, wiring, hardware components and industrial systems.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical designs and schematics using E-CAD tools (Eplan or similar).
Select and define electrical hardware solutions ensuring system compatibility.
Translate designs into clear work packages for on-site execution.
Prepare work schedules, materials lists and follow up on orders.
Coordinate between engineering teams, site supervisors, technicians and suppliers.
Provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning preparation.
Incorporate HSE requirements into work preparation and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and as-built records.
