Westhouse Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Architect to design global business process templates and lead fit-gap assessments for Dynamics 365 Warehouse. The role combines remote work with workshops/UAT in Durban (ZA) and Savannah (USA), requiring strong, strategic communication across stakeholders.

You will translate business needs into technical designs and mentor teams while driving continuous improvement in supply chain solutions for global operations.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Architect is responsible for strategically designing the global business process template
• Executing comprehensive fit-gap assessments and enhancing the cold chain capabilities of Dynamics 365 Warehouse, in coordination with Microsoft and Supply Chain experts.
• As a leader, the architect drives innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging deep expertise in supply chain processes and Dynamics 365 to optimize global operations while also mentoring and guiding teams towards achieving excellence in solution delivery.
