Job summary

MCE Electric, a leading industrial electrical products company, is seeking organized individuals to join our team as Warehouse Picker and Packer. The role focuses on accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a busy warehouse in Durban.

You will pick items, receive and inspect stock, shelve products, maintain a tidy packing area, and assist with inventory control. We value reliability, good communication, and the ability to work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
• Experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy stock.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately shelve and organise products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organised packing and shelving area.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
