Placements24 in Polokwane seeks an energetic Transport Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics. You will coordinate drivers, schedule deliveries, and ensure shipments are handled safely and efficiently across the Limpopo region.

You’ll be the main point of contact for drivers, clients, and internal teams, maintain schedules, monitor progress, and drive high customer satisfaction in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport coordination, dispatch, or logistics roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with dispatch or fleet management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with the Polokwane transport sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of vehicles and drivers for timely deliveries and pickups.
