A leading food company is looking for a Teleseller based in Cape Town to join their Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers while promoting and growing product sales. Candidates should have a completed Grade 12 and at least 3 years of telesales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Additional skills in communication, multitasking, and computer literacy are essential. The role includes responding to sales inquiries and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a telesales environment.
• Experience in the FMCG sector will be a great advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a highly pressurized environment.

Responsibilities

• Establishing strong relationships with Retail and Wholesale customers.
• Responding to all inbound sales queries professionally.
• Promoting and growing various product brands.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and after sales service.
