Job Description

Are you ready to take your hospitality career to the next level? We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Manager to join our dynamic team in Randburg, South Africa. As a Duty Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, billing, and daily reports
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication to maintain excellent guest service
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures during your shift
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Make critical decisions during emergencies or unexpected situations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Proven experience in a duty management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
