Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 09:00 – 17:00 GMT

Position Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in both Dutch and English.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively within the team.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be required to regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
