The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset with 7+ years in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools, and exposure to system modeling and environmental testing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with focus on system integration.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools and exposure to system modeling and simulation environments.
• Solid understanding of mechanical vibrations, thermal management, and material selection.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and integrate mechanical subsystems into larger complex systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system-level mechanical performance validation.
• Perform detailed tolerance analysis and kinematic studies to ensure assembly and functional requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Create and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and technical specifications.
