A leading Retail Group is seeking an experienced HR Professional based in Durban, KZN, with 5 years of Generalist experience in Human Resources. The role includes representing the company at the CCMA, handling Trade Union negotiations, and managing staff recruitment. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, as well as fluency in at least one African language. The candidate must possess a National Diploma in HR, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel extensively. SA Citizens only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Proficiency in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection.
• Retail sector experience is highly advantageous.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
