Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Over a year of hospitality or customer service experience.

• Provide friendly, observant customer assistance as Emirates’ face to passengers.
• Coordinate with crew and ground staff to ensure smooth in-flight service.
