Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Dealership Service Management is essential.
• Heavy Commercial Vehicle experience preferred; passenger car experience may not suffice.
• Experience with UD Trucks or FAW is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Departmental P&L to achieve profit targets.
• Implement strategies to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Manage Service Level Agreements with national fleet accounts.
• Lead a team of Foremen and Technicians ensuring compliance with OHS regulations.

Skills

Strong financial acumen

Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems

Knowledge of Telematics Systems

Education

Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Trade Test)

Tertiary qualification in Business Management or Logistics
