Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Italian-designed porcelain tile.
• Experience in preparing and producing porcelain spray-dried clay.
• Knowledge of porcelain tile manufacturing standards: SANS1449:2012 and ISO13006:2018.
• Diagnose the source of porcelain tile defects.
• Quality control and quality assurance per SANS1449:2012 and ISO13006:2018.
• Knowledge of porcelain tile manufacturing standards and processes.
• Setup and control of manufacturing equipment to produce products per standards.
• Teach peers and subordinates to manage porcelain tile-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the source of porcelain tile defects.
• Control manufacturing equipment for product standards.
• Teach peers the porcelain tile-making process.
• Lead training for peers on porcelain tile-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and continuous improvement.

• Manufacturing equipment, namely:

• Diagnose the source of porcelain tile defects.
• Quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) of SANS1449:2012 and ISO13006:2018
• porcelain tile manufacturing standards process, and
• Setup and control manufacturing equipment to produce products according to standards.
• Teach peers and subordinates to manage porcelain tile‑making process.
• willing to work long hours and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
