• DRP Planning: Develop and maintain an optimal distribution plan based on customer demand, orders, and promotional activity.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory health, reduce back orders, and ensure adequate stock levels at warehouse.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on inventory, back orders, and operational performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead problem-solving initiatives and support supply chain development projects.
• SOP Preparation: Prepare presentations for supply review meetings and participate in strategic planning.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and email)
• Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory policies, and demand planning
• Experience with Planning systems and other Planning disciplines will be a benefit
