Job summary

Kabstrading Co is seeking a reliable delivery driver to support our operational fleet in Cape Town, South Africa. You will perform daily pre-trip inspections, report maintenance needs, and prioritise tasks to maximise time and fuel efficiency while safely transporting patients and customers.

You will also refill fluids per procedures, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with traffic regulations, updating the Fuel Card Register as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the relevant pre-trip inspections on allocated vehicle daily.
• Report maintenance requirements to the Fleet Administrator and/or Group Fleet Manager.
• Prioritise job requests in order to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
• Maintain and complete daily log and inspection sheets.
• Transport patients and customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete delivery of other resources and employees, where necessary.
• Refill fuel, diesel, oil and coolant according to Group Fleet Management procedures and ensure that the Fuel Card Register is updated accordingly.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and ensures that no violations are committed.

DELIVERABLES
