Job description

Medilogistics CDU is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join their team as a Driver Supervisor.

The primary role of the Driver Supervisor is to oversee the Drivers and Van Assistants, ensuring they are complying with their job functions and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels.

DUTIES

• Managing daily delivery process
• Daily driver briefing and debriefing
• Oversee daily POD Capturing
• Responsible for managing and sorting on branch level
• Responsible for overall housekeeping and maintenance on fleet and premises

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• SLA Training, company policies and procedures
• Ability to prioritise large work load
• Ability to maintain policy guidelines within pressured situations
• Ability to act independently
• Ability to accept and take charge of projects allocated on short notice
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Ability to travel extensively

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12

EXPERIENCE

• Computer Literacy in Microsoft packages
• 6 months to 1 year relevant / related experience
• Supervisory experience (IDEAL)
